Hannu Tapio appointed new Method Developer of ST-Koneistus

Hannu Tapio has started as the new Method Developer of ST-Koneistus at the beginning of April.

Tapio has more than 23 years of experience in machining and related method development work.

– I have enjoyed my new job very well. To my delight, I have noticed that employees at ST-Koneistus have a genuine opportunity to develop things, and there is no need to ask permission from countless supervisors. Things are handled quickly, and decisions are made at the same pace, Tapio says.

As a Method Developer, Tapio is responsible for procuring machining tools and developing and streamlining production. He is currently involved in, for example, the design of a new robot cell and the introduction of the internal logistics robot MiR.

Prior to ST-Koneistus, Tapio worked at Agco Power as an installer.
